The app cannot find my TV
Make sure your iPhone and TV are on exactly the same Wi‑Fi network (watch out for separate 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz or guest networks). Confirm the TV is powered on, then reopen the app and scan again.
Buttons feel slow or unresponsive
A weak Wi‑Fi signal is the usual cause. Move closer to your router, avoid VPNs on the phone, and make sure no other app is saturating the connection.
Is my TV supported?
The app works with most smart TVs, including Samsung, LG, Sony, Roku, Fire TV, Vizio, Hisense and TCL. If your TV is a smart TV on your Wi‑Fi, it is very likely supported.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select TV Remote to change or cancel. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple.
